cherlyn 1 Posted April 7, 2008 Yes I agree with you. Their architecture has their uniqueness & beauty that doesn't fade with age, instead become even more charming as years go by. Link to comment
lizweisiger 0 Posted April 7, 2008 Thank you for sharing this. The details of this architecture are stunning. I cannot imagine the work involved to produce such a fine building. A pleasure to view. Link to comment

adan1 0 Posted April 7, 2008 Lovely perspective Pnina. I like how you shot this from behind the branches. This gives a more intimate feeling, like we are there peeking out through the naked tree. The ornate details are splendidly captured. Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted April 7, 2008 I'm finally back with a working computer. I had a nice little visit with our friend above while I was in San Francisco. It all went by so fast that it feels like a dream and now I find I've woken up in my own bed. So now back to work. I like this picture a lot; the screen of branches in the foreground gives the feeling of looking through a lace veil and adds a touch of elusive mystery to the scene while the building with it's sharply ornate detail seems to stand in for the settled and privileged reality of the status quo. jeffl7 0 Posted April 8, 2008 Boy, a guy gets sick a couple days and misses so much! A lovely work. I like how the trees serve as a barricade from the ornate and posh life depicted. I fear most of us are stuck looking up through the brambles at lives that are beyond us. Link to comment
