paolo de faveri 1 Posted April 6, 2008 An early morning at the Po River with a thick fog all around. A layered portrait of the underwater micro-world the river normally hides. Thanks for viewing and commenting, Paolo Link to comment
raybrizzi 0 Posted April 6, 2008 Was this the way the photo was taken or were multiple exposures/layers involved? Link to comment
kurt2006 0 Posted April 9, 2008 Beautiful and disorienting. Do you say "layers" as metaphor? Or did you somehow layer this image? Very nice concept and execution. I have seen the Po River on maps but have never seen it up close. Link to comment
paolo de faveri 1 Posted April 9, 2008 Thanks all for commenting on this, I appreciate that. Ray, Kurt, this is straight out of the camera, and no post processing was made here, unless curves and sharpening for web presentation. I titled it layers just because there seems to be at least for layers in this picture, two below and two above the water: the yellow/orange underwater rocks, the green underwater ground, the blue water surface, and the fog. Thanks again, Paolo Link to comment
