This really is wonderfull. I would love to have sky like that in Wisconsin.

Excellent composing and cropping. The ice in the foreground makes the image for me. It appears there is light behind the photographer hitting the ice while it accents the fractured ice, it also removes the "idea" that this might be far out in the wilderness, far from the touch of man. May you have a glorious spring breakup.

Olgeir, this is an awe-inspiring image. It is so powerful and mysterious. The stars twinkling through the Borealis is magical. You are very fortunate to have been in the far north and have seen these incredible lights in all their glory. All the best.
