deb1 0 Posted April 2, 2008 I was trying to capture the relationship of light and shadows. Please give me your thoughts on this... deb Link to comment
richard_cox2 0 Posted April 2, 2008 Except for the building in the bg, I think this is quite effective. Can you swing your camera to the right a bit? Or perhaps crop an inch off the top? Very nice. Link to comment
doug_gentry 0 Posted April 2, 2008 Very Nicely Done! I love the shadowed curves and the lines on the left! Good eye Debra! Regards, Doug. Link to comment
steve_lowther 0 Posted April 2, 2008 Deb, you have done an excellent job of composing using the principles of form repetition and C-curve. I don't even mind the building in the background. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted May 21, 2009 Not sure why, but I like this one more than your other similar offering. I think it may be that there is only one cement column here & it is perfectly placed in the frame. To get rid of the buildings in the background, if they bother anyone, a simple tilt to the right and a recropping in PS would do the trick. Any loss of wrought iron subject matter wouldn't matter as the shadows tell more about the railing anyway. Nice capture. Best, LM. Link to comment
