Have you ever wanted to spraypaint or mark these words or similar deprecating words about someone you are angry with?

The exact details behind this graffito are not known -- that is the 'EXACT' details, but I venture that almost every viewer could fill in his or her own story from personal experience.

The fact that there is someone looking at this makes the composition more effective. It becomes more engaging because there is an audience and the message is not ignored. Yes, we have all said that word and one time or another; mentally or verbally. When someone chooses to express it visually it becomes cathartic.

Because this was taken in Vienna.

I've been married to at least one person who fit this category; regretably, now that her brain cancer has gone into remission (she blamed me for causing it), she settled down and recently remarried. But when she called me not long ago, she was very upset and her poor new husband gets to experience this side of her.

I wish him all the luck in the world, because she's easily loved (but don't get in her way if she's upset . . . )

Yes, Adan W. we all know someone who fits that description, which I understand now is a term of derision for males who are not gay . . . a new use that I previously had been unaware of (and not apparently related to prison sexuality, either, e.g., 'he's my bitch' denoting possessivess).

Yeah, better for being 'observed' otherwise there's no reason for the photo at all, I think, although Cartier-Bresson took one famous photo mainly of graffiti (but I remember it had a head in it also.)

And to think that Mayors Giuliani (former) and Mayor Bloomberg, claim that their fair city has been 'cleaned up' . .. and I thought so too, based on a comparison of it in my last visit there, compared to years before when people clutched box cutters while they walked home at night for fear of getting mugged.

Things have changed, and the subway cars now are mostly free of graffiti, thank God, unless one loves graffiti -- as a photographer, I tend to likeit, as it makes forinteresting photos, but otherewise no.

And notice the word 'bitch' here in Vienna is spelled in English in a Deutsch speaking natoin. . . . . it's as if a German curse would be ignored..

Universality -- the 'street' is universal, don't you think?

Thanks for the link and the contribution.
