Hawk was shot close to anza borrego, ca, which of course isn't of any

interest to 99% of people here, but for the other 1% or less hawk was

way out of his range. Normally they are in Arizona, Texas, and mexico.

gorgeous hawk-- the face alone is worth the price of admission. the crop and white space really help define the arrested motion. my suggestion is that you consider putting perhaps a subtle frame line around the image-- that is, show where you mean the edge of the image to be; that way the negative space doesn't include the comment box and the 'proceed' button. the harris is a beautiful bird, and this is a splendid capture. cheers.
