Just superb - the lighting and the pose are especially good.

This image is very good. I especially like her expression. Good composition. I think it could be more perfect- I would minimize the hard/sharp angle of her wrist bone, by darkening that general area and maybe a little re-touching, a little blurring, etc. The angle of her hand looks slightly awkward, but I'm nit-picking.
