Perfect composition, expression, pose and mood. The only comment I might make is that the right hand position doesn't look right to me, but what do I know. It is a beautiful image. Nicely done. Dan

Yes the hand position is very distracting since it is not close to a correct bow hold. But I like the overall picture and lighting a lot. It could be used as a fashion photo, but not as a music photo.

Very stylish, but yeah, you don't hold a violin bow that way.

Fantastic johnny, love the compo. Lighting and colours are very dramatic and all the technique on this photo is perfect... but I can?t see the music. Is the first time she takes a violin, and it,s too obvious. A real music score should work better too.

 

I might do not understand the idea.

The composition and lighting are tremendous, but I agree with others - it is obvious she doesn't really play the violin, and you can see that it's not a real musical score. I like the wistful beauty of this model. If only you could find a real violinist who has this kind of visual appeal. Get her to play something melancholy while you photograph her! Best regards.
