WOW!! What a breathtaking scene!! I like the dynamic range ... and the cloud bank can't be beat!

Thanks Lou Ann. This was a last resort photo, as everything else was not working this day. I was not thinking this was going to amount to much, but ND grads are like magic I tell you. The greens in the shaded part of the scene pick up cool blue light and seem to glow, while the last light of day was being grabbed by the high clouds. I think it is interesting that the cloud bank seems to tilt left, but it is an illusion. They are actually receding in the distance and converging with the vanishing point.
