This is beautiful. I love the soft colors in the sky and the composition of the tree and of the moon. I assume this is a composite, but obviously you have to do it that way to get the moon to look right. Congrats on a nice shot.

Very nicely done. The exposures in all parts of the photograph are perfect -- just enough to see the detail and colors of the vegetation, the transition of the earth's shadow, and some detail on the moon. This is a classic rendition of Joshua Tree.
