All about the image has already been said, except... The people in bottom right complete the image. Without them the shot is static and without life. The people make the shot.

Beautifully shot. I see three 'groups' or elemnents here which fit in so well. First, the white houses (residences), and then the strongly coloured monastery perfectly situated in the frame, and then the structure by the banks of the river with its trailing prayer flags underpinning the whole image. Wonderful, cleanly shot and possibly at the best time of the day too. Brilliant!
