A stunner...and just plane cute...That smile... the fact that she is real easy on the eyes....I like the pose...and the hint of that tattoo...don't you just love the color of Velvia...? er... I mean the grain...er... lack there of..? Hey Very nice portrait...! Juan

Yeah I like the Velvia, it was a roll that had expired about 3 years ago but it came out ok. I desaturated this one because I thought the color would detract from her eyes. Also I could not clone out the other distractions very well so I cropped the hell out of it & turned it into a Black& White. Thanks for your comments Juan,

.Mike--This is one great portrait--one of the most evocative I've seen on p.net. I love the subject's demeanor--her impish smile, those awesomely-lovely eyes, the position of the arms on the table. The composition is perfect. I'm glad you desaturated--the tones are beautiful. I'm tempted to say let's see more images of her, but I also have to say I don't see how it can get better than this. Thanks Bill, she's a real nice kid & the way she sat down there at the table was real natural for her. You mentioned the way she placed her arms, that's what I liked best about this photo. That & those great eyes .Thanks for the comments.
