I like the general idea, and naturalness of the subject... but be careful with where the reflections hit her glasses. That particular angle is preventing us from seeing her eye, which can be a very important part of connecting with her in a portrait.

I would have composed less symetrically as to minimize sense of rigidity and still emphasize the Feminine :)
