street Cross Bottony

This photo was taken in a cemetery (Putney Common in London), and I

was wondering if someone was familiar or would know the meaning of

the sign(s) on the cross, as I never came across such signs ! Many

Loic, I think this one would benefit from a bit of desaturation or even a total b&w conversion. Other than that I like it
