This one is all about geometry ... monochrome is wise choice.

You must like the 3 trees a lot at the far end because that's where the eyes are led to by all the lines pointing towards that direction.

Arthur, I have to tell you that the position of the trees within the frame was no accident. Thanks for your input. Best, LM.

Interesting framing for the trees, it looks like a photo in a photo. I like the rouge dark wood construction in the FG with the diagonal extention toward the trees and the soft sky behind. The whole creates again a very nice winter atmospher ,a very nice addition to your series.

Pnina, I sat on this one for quite a while before posting it as I wasn't convinced it was up to par. After contemplating it for a while I decided it was worthy so here it is. Besides, I haven't really done much photographing lately so I'm down to the bottom of the pile. :-) Best, LM.

Rob, Thanks for your views. The quality of the snow is thanks to Mother Nature's softbox of cloudy bright skys (plus a tad of Highlights adjustment in PS). The lack of much direction to the light still prevents most of the textures from being revealed. Hard to have it all. Best, LM.
