soniam 6 Posted March 20, 2008 Thank you very much Joseph. I'm glad to hear from you. I wasn't sure if the top left 'white-out' would detract from the asthetics. I'm glad to hear that it didn't bother you. Thanks again for your time. Link to comment
photodonn 0 Posted March 21, 2008 It's a "happy" image. Sure, the corner is a little blown out, but that doesn't keep it from being very nice overall. Link to comment
juan-de-santa-anna 0 Posted March 24, 2008 Great over all feeling and tones to this portrait...I am a fan of the blown out look sometimes...It really does not bother me in this image...I did try a cropping... starting at the very edge of his hat in the upper left corner...making the image square...and it actually drew more attention to his wonderful eyes...This man was very comfortable with the photographer...! Probably was your smile...! Juan Link to comment
soniam 6 Posted March 26, 2008 Thank you ver much, Donn, Tom and Juan. I think the best thing about this photo is his genuine smile. Thank you Juan for suggesting a tighter crop. If it brings out his eyes I'm happy to apply the suggestion. Link to comment
Bagosi 0 Posted April 4, 2008 I think it's a good shot...Samuel Jackson in reality... Cheers... Imre Link to comment
soniam 6 Posted April 4, 2008 Thank you Imre but I'd have to disagree. Samuel Jackson is not nearly as good looking :) Link to comment
