Not all of your photos are pleasant but this doesn't really matter. They depict life as it is. I am struck by your ability to "direct" the subjects of your pictures. Many of them must be aware of the photographer's presence and in spite of this they are themselves.

Several times you tell of a model "I have only met her once" and again "I have taken only a few pictures of [her]. It is incredible how you manage to take such strong, expressive and real photos. You must be extremely capable of establishing relationships with the people you photograph!

What I say is not intended to flatter you, but it reflects my real feelings. This is why I keep on returning to look at your photos. They are definitely inspirational!
