stoatsngroats 1 Posted March 16, 2008 With such extremely limited depth of field, this picture shows good focus towards the front, and OOF toward the back of the pencil point. Its a good attempt, but I think its a little too sharpened. the colurs in the background could be reversed to add just a little extra, IMVHO! The detail loss at the very tip is a shame....BUT, if nothing else, gives some marker to what you can try again to achieve......keep trying! Link to comment

I will continue working on the subject, but the depth of field is at the maximum, which can not approach the limit, but what I was looking for was just the tip of a pencil, the blue zone, to make contrast with the rest of the image. Seguire trabajando en el tema, pero la profundidad de campo esta al maximo, con lo cual no puedo enfocar el limite, aunque lo que buscaba era solo la punta del lapiz, la zona azul, para que hiciera contraste con el resto de la imagen.
