I like the direction and placement on the frame Dave, very nice flower , the shallow BG adds a lot to the whole.

This is lovely, and I don't think it would work nearly as well if the front edge were sharper. The softness adds a very nice feel to it. Nice shot. Happy Spring!

Thanks for your comments! I apologize for the delay on my end--we just got back from Florida AND the house is in post-painting chaos AND we had connectivity issues. It'll take a week or so to get sorted out but it's good to be home after a week in Vegas and another in Florida now that winter is behind us (but, boy, do I have a lot of yard work to do!)
