paula grenside 0 Posted March 14, 2008 Brrr, Len, this takes me back to winter and I am longing for spring:-) Yet, it's very neat; the snow has compactness and the logs let us peep through. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted March 15, 2008 Paula, Well, that makes 2 of us anxious for spring. :-) Perhaps I'll recycle this one in the summer when we're all complaining about the humidity & heat. Thanks for popping by. Best, LM. Link to comment

aepelbacher 0 Posted March 19, 2008 The composition is really very nice ... almost abstract. The snow is perfectly exposed, too, which is difficult! Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted March 19, 2008 Lou Ann, Yah, it is a bit abstract and mother nature helped with the snow exposure by providing a bright but cloudy & sunless day. Thanks for stopping by. Best, LM Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted December 16, 2015 Lovely. I am thinking that I would lighten the shadows just a tad. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted December 16, 2015 You had to do a bit of digging to come to this old offering. Thanks for that. Good suggestion about the shadow detail. I'll run it through my copy of PSE6 to see if I can do that without touching the (almost detail less) highlights. See link below. It was a cloudy dull day if memory serves me. YOU WERE RIGHT! I like the rework much better. Who said this forum wasn't beneficial? :-) Best, Len. Link to comment
