This photo works on a number of levels. Firstly the model is attractive and having beautiful subjects will always help a photo score brownie points.

Nice use of subtle vignetting. The knees do a good job of leading the lines to her face. Another nice change is that her expression doesn't reflect a discruntled girlfriend sick to death of her boyfriend always taking photos of her - trust me, I know that look.

The sleeve off the shoulder makes the model look comfortable. This photo makes the viewer stare at her eyes.

If I was to give any critique it would be based on personal taste so take it or leave it - I think the shot would benifit if you created more contrast between the left side of the model's face and the wall behind. That's only because the lines of her face are soft.
