Rose Drops

I would love some feedback on this, please let me know what you

think! (I know the very front edge of the photo is not completely in

focus, but what do you like about the rest of it??)

Texture, colours, DOF, all brilliant. One small point, if the top left corner was brightened to match the high light in the background might give a more natural lighting look?

To be honest I thing the out of focus leading edge gives more reality to the image. The texture and colour are just fantastic, the water drops give life and dimension in a simple and pure way.

 

I think this is an excellent shot and a great composition. I love the warming sun in the background completly overtaking everythng else, all its focus and energy just on this rose.

 

Simplicty at its best, well done!

The shape (same starting point in the top and the ending point in the bottom) looks really good, also the colours are just great. What i would like to see is the focus area be a little larger in the middle part of the leaf, just my opinion.
