adan1 0 Posted March 1, 2008 What an amazing job in portraying your country. It speaks of tradition, beauty, persistence, dedication and love. I see all those elements in here. The village background with the fog and vibrant colors of the hills testify to the physical beauty of Greece, but we know that there is more to it since there are so many varied landscapes in that beautiful land. The woman on the right is a motherly figure and I associate that with tradition and love. She seems to be in the middle of a task which I interpret as persistence. The lamp burning brightly reinforces that notion and also that of strong dedication. Ever heard of the saying "burning the midnight oil"?. This is a wonderful tribute to your country Michael.
