spelling is a bit off though. Nice eyes it would have to be. Although it would benefit from a little perspective correction and a slight increase of contrast it's a great find. Love it. Just a thought Doug, have you considered cropping it down to those door frames?

Thanks, Ton. You know, the contrast is a funny thing. I've seen the photo on my compter wallpaper and I've even printed the photo, and it looks crisp and contrasty, but for some reason it seems to lose its contrast when I upload it to photo.net. I don't know if there's any reason why that would happen, but I've seen it with a few of my black and whites.

 

I tried the closer crop and the frame looked a little crowded to me. I think I like having just a little space above and below the doors. I will give the perspective correction a try. I appreciate your ideas--keep them coming!
