This is as good a shot of an anhinga as I have ever seen. We have them all over the place (just north of Tampa) and I've seen plenty of attempts.

This is a great shot....much better than the one I have of an anhinga in my portfolio. The neck and face could be a bit sharper, but I imagine you didn't have a lot of time to set up properly for this shot. It's a good capture. By the way, you suggested I get a polarizer and tripod for my Moraine Lake shot. I just bought both of those a few days ago. I'm gradually adding equipment that will improve (hopefully) my shots. Thanks for the input!

Christal thanks for giving me your time to C&C on my post. Agree with you head and neck need more focus. I have better pictures from the session but uploaded the wrong one.

I am sure you will enjoy the effects of Polarizer particularly when light is at an angle or there are reflections. You can make sky richer blue and clouds come to life. Practice it in your backyard or nearby body of water before you you go on the actual trip.

On you orchid picture when it is on the screen and mouse pointer is on the picture, right click and a menu will pop up. Choose to to 'save as' and save on your desktop. Then you can edit it in your photo editing program, I think I used Picasa.

To post is back to your page is simple after you post the critique and click on submit next screen asks you for upload and you selected the edited picture from your desktop and click upload. Then you delete the picture from your desktop. Thats it. Best regards ifti

The pose is like a beautiful ballerina and the background is as if it was painted by an artist.  Well done.
