Powerful , dynamic ... Love the diagonals complementing each other ... and the foreground is as wild as the sky ...

Nice depth and a great cloud formation. Can be difficult seeing something like this and creating a decent photo with the given surroundings...you did well.

Well, you were successful! I love how the shape of the shoreline mimics the front of the cloud bank!

This one passed over very quickly and just three minutes later (see attached pic), the clouds had taken on a much less spectacular shape.

Five minutes after the original shot was taken, I turned 90 degrees to my right and recorded one of the few occasions that we get a display of mammatus clouds.

Great sky, excellent shot. This one above is great too.

Pete as fotographers we all know the angst of not finding an acceptable foreground at 'crunch time' - stupid bird, stupid building, stupid railroad ties, stupid telephone poles - stupid Zeppelin - believe me - we know .........
