Karl Schuler 48 Posted February 21, 2008 There are many amazing things to discover in the large format. Thanks for feedback and rating. Karl Link to comment
kurt2006 0 Posted February 21, 2008 Karl, this is a great photo. The panoramic style serves your subject very well, and it is interesting to see the smooth repetitions of nature in the hills behind the jagged repetition of the human encroachment. What an interesting place. Was it cold on this day? :) Link to comment
Karl Schuler 48 Posted February 21, 2008 Thanks Kurt for your comment. It was last Sunday, it is getting warmer these days, but the ice field will still last for some more time I guess. Karl Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted February 26, 2008 It appears to be more of a flood than a creep, but thanks for showing it large enough for us to see the details of the infection. I have witnessed this twice in my lifetime and I suspect I'll have to see it occur at least once more before I die. I personally believe that the world is way past its saturation point when it comes to population. Link to comment
AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted February 26, 2008 Funny, in Texan suburbia everyone has a pool in the backyard; in Mongolia they have a ger. Link to comment

daverave 1 Posted June 11, 2010 It's shocking how the suburban fabric looks so American with the wood fencing and the single family residences on little lots. Absent the landscape context, this could be Anywhere, USA. Link to comment
