marknagel 0 Posted February 21, 2008 I know everyone was looking at the lunar eclipse tonight. I decided to aim next to it at Saturn. I know its not like the photos from a telescope, but with a 300mm, 2X and 1.4x and tripod you can see the rings. I had it set at ISO3200, f/2.8 (or what ever the tele factor was) and 1/80 shutter. maria_di_liegro 0 Posted February 21, 2008 Well, I couldn't do that so it seems pretty nice to me. Good job. It's actually cute. Maria Link to comment
dave_dise1 0 Posted February 21, 2008 Mark, thanks for sharing. I have a scope but the clouds were in my way to see Saturn. I was wondering what it looked like tonight. Happy shooting, Dave Link to comment
MichaelChang 12 Posted July 19, 2008 Ambitious effort, Mark. It wouldn't have occurred to me to even try. Nice! Link to comment
