Art (photography) is most powerful when it produces an emotional response, and there's lots of that kind debate on this site. I remain perplexed by the commitment to this much ink, but that's the power of the image. Nice lighting and composition, BTW. Link to comment
mikeseb 0 Posted February 21, 2008 Robert has nicely encapsulated my thoughts about tattoos. I am so bewildered by the allure of ink that as a result, the photo does nothing for me. It feels more like a crime-scene photo than the work of art intended by its creator. Link to comment

While I dont care for that many tattoos either, she and many other people I have known who had tattoos say they are very addicting. Personally I love the artwork, the artist was really good.
