Auroville globe

This is main attraction in Auroville global village near

Pondycherry, India. Global village ia a place where there is freedom

for humanity and is dream of Aurobindo. The globe in the picture is

a unique kind of construction with VASTU and has only one opening on

the top. Reflectors at the top is electronically guided and rotates

according to the movement of the sun. Sun light entering from the

top falls on a huge crystal located at the centre of the globe and

reflects inside. This results in complete light inside the globe

throughout the day.
