Crop the right?

I like the feeling of this image as it is...but a crop would not hurt it either...bringing it in on the right or...

Thanks, Juan. I toyed with the idea of a square crop, too. There's just something about all that black space to the right (not in your crop; in mine). What about getting rid of the smoke? I can sort of picture that, too, though the image would then tell a different story.

My guess by the title this person is by a fire.....?! Where there is smoke.....

 

I feel the smoke adds a great deal to this image...the original crop works for me...maybe with jeez a tad off of the right side would be OK too...

 

Is this a native american telling a campfire story...? I was married to a story teller for many years...but that's another story. Juan

Well, I'd have to re-title it. How about, "By the non-fire"? Or, better yet, "Not by the fire"? Actually, that's a pretty useful title, 'cause it fits so many of my photographs.
