pnital 36 Posted February 18, 2008 Vladimir, Simply a very good image!I like the reality in the R corner, like playing music to what the poster behind represents...The arts on both sides. Very good as well is the technical aspect! Link to comment

Donna Stavis 0 Posted February 19, 2008 Vladimir, this is simply my favorite artist. (I saw an exhibition of his work in Paris and thought I'd gone to sweet heaven.) I like the serenade with the violin--such a prominent instrument in Chagall's art (he even painted the backdrop for "Fiddler on the Roof") and in East European Jewish culture-- as well as the soulful expression on this musician's face. The colors here are lovely. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted February 19, 2008 I saw the Chagall exhibit in San Francisco a few years back. Absolutely amazing. And absolutely poetic. This photo is such a joyous one. Link to comment
Funtak 0 Posted February 20, 2008 Maury, Donna, Jeff, thank you for stopping by; I was not sure about posting this one, it is 3/4 Chagall and 1/4 luck.. Link to comment
