It's a good idea, but I feel the uneven and overly bright illumination of the foreground and rock dosen't quite work as well as it could. The cloud and star action is a nice compliment.

Fantastic colour palette, mesmerizing really. The cloud motion adds a lot to the shot. The highlights in the fg water are a bit bothersome but not enought to deter from a superb shot.

I don't know what others are talking about in terms of the foreground highlights.  I think they add to the mysterious feeling.  I wouldn't change a thing about this.  Its too bad that the star trails and the clouds weren't both moving in the same direction, but that's just wishful thinking and getting a bit greedy now isn't it?  Wonderful shot.
