It's a good idea, but I feel the uneven and overly bright illumination of the foreground and rock dosen't quite work as well as it could. The cloud and star action is a nice compliment.
Wow, great image Alex.

Excellente in all its aspects. Thanx for sharing it.
Fantastic colour palette, mesmerizing really. The cloud motion adds a lot to the shot. The highlights in the fg water are a bit bothersome but not enought to deter from a superb shot.
Gareat! I love this pic, especially the sea.

Excellent image. Very nice, I like the long exposure effect. Beautiful colors too. Cheers; Bela
Very original long exposure shot, the use of a lantern was a great idea and you have created a superb range of colors in this one. Excellent ! Regards. J.
Nice work Alex. Lovely palette.
Very nice composition. Beautiful colours. Congrats.
Love everything about this
I don't know what others are talking about in terms of the foreground highlights. I think they add to the mysterious feeling. I wouldn't change a thing about this. Its too bad that the star trails and the clouds weren't both moving in the same direction, but that's just wishful thinking and getting a bit greedy now isn't it? Wonderful shot.
"stone ship" View larger please! 600 seconds of exposure an lantern!
