For me the best of the series, because the character, the mystery, the textures, and mainly for the body language of the "ghost". As an observation I found out a kind of "contradiction" between the tonal range of the main subject -cold- and the lights behind the window -warm- that could be interesting from certain points of view. But imho this detail is diminishing the dramatic mood, perhaps in BW this characteristic could be changed at all (with the consequent sacrifice of this formidable greenish hue, of course, but perhaps PS can solve it...). Anyway, this is s great picture John.

Great foto. I disagree with Carlos about the color. For me this is less about mystery than it is about drama, and the warm/cool color contrast enhances the drama. IMHO

Wow, John! I had an opportunity to peruse the recent postings of this Mardi-Gras like festival. Your shots are great! The eyes, the costumes, the color, the composition of your images are wonderful. Such great detail and expression...even with the masks is terrific! You had a good location and your instincts were at their prime! Even better, no RED EYE!!!! Fantastic!!!
