Sean, I did, but I was never happy with the scan (former Minolta scanner - quite capabale, I just didn't scan it very well). Fast forward, and I rescanned it on my V750. The color fidelity is way better than the Minolta ever was, and it makes a very comparable 8x12. Any larger and we're getting into drum territory and the limits of 35mm slide resolution.

 

As for the sun, it wouldn't have been possible without my 3-stop reverse grad. The best accessory in my bag, without question.

Aaron you used a 3 stop reverse? I've had one in my bag for almost a year, and it just doesn't seem to get used. I'm going to try this out a little more when I have the chance. THanks for the info. - Sean
