Blue Ridge Parkway Scenic

Another scene from along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Boy, do I want to go back there and shoot some more! :-) What are your thoughts on this image?

What a nice scene. I think including a little more foreground would have been nice as long as it was more of the field and hay bales. Either way, you've created a very peaceful and relaxing scene. This reminds me of the motorcycle trip I took that went from Buffalo to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. I travelled along the Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway with a group of about ten friends. It was beautiful.

One of these days, I'm going to get me a bike and do my road trips on two wheels instead of four......

This is a beautiful scene that is repeated so many times on the Parkway and surrounding countryside. Not being "farmer talented" I would love to live in a place like this, if I could just come up with a way to pay for groceries :-) Mike

No, Henri, actually there was a ditch and a fence and another ditch near me ... they didn't want people getting out of their cars along the highway and wandering onto private property. Scenes like this make me want to go back to rural France. :-)
