The classical view of Machu Picchu. Big part of the credit goes to the Inkas who created this site in the middle of nowhere. Years ago, before the Sendero Luminoso time we arrived there from the Inka Trail and spent a night quite at the place where you shot this photo. I still remember the lightning bugs blinking around during the night at this one of the most amazing stations of the world and of my life. The quality of this picture lies in the memories and emotions it evokes. Karl
