thadley 14 Posted February 4, 2008 "I like the way the composition of the instrument leads the eye to the musicians face". I totally agree and the fact that the accordion is not sharp,is a good thing. The man's face is crystal sharp and his direct eye contact is a strong element that might lead me to guess something about his character. The light is great and there is just enough detail in the background to add value instead of detracting from the main subject. Well done my friend, Link to comment
jcpopper 0 Posted February 4, 2008 I like this very much, but I like the b&w better. It seems to suit the subject and place and "mood" a bit better. But both are fine shots. Regards... Link to comment

jdm 0 Posted February 26, 2008 I was going to comment on how I liked the way the accordion's shape draws me into your subject's face but it looks like everyone else who commented had the same observation... So instead I'll mention how the shape of the man's hat and the line of the shoulder strap do the same thing, though more subtly, from the top and right side. It's a beautiful composition instinctively seen. Well done. Link to comment
