Nice colors and framing. Shame tough that the "out of focus" effect doesn't work at all, for me that is. I think you should lose it. Blurring the background somewhat would be fine, but I think you could improve the image by showing your subject in this picture with all its details.

I partially agree with Ton's critique.  The OOF nature does create a very dreamlike atmosphere, but at the same time it arouses my curiosity for more detail.  The rust colors are the most arresting quality of the image.  Was the saturation enhanced or is that degree of warmth faithful to the original scene?  In any case, it grabs you.
