aepelbacher 0 Posted February 1, 2008 I'm working on tweaking some older images (this, November 2006) taken on a pretty autumn day in downtown DC. This is my personal favorite of the three shots I'm uploading this evening. Your thoughts? Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted February 1, 2008 Lou Ann, it is a well known symbole... and a nice building ( Does it belongs to the colonial american style? it has some signs of that style).Nice facade, of that symbol as is.Very nice exposure and composition. Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted February 1, 2008 Thanks, Pnina - I looked it up and I think that the architecture is "Georgian Neoclassical". It looks like photos of other neoclassical buildings that I have seen. Here is a photo of an American colonial style home. Colonial homes tend to be more "box"-like. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted February 3, 2008 Thanks Lou Ann, looking at the link there are some similar characteristics( like the columns) but it is different. Link to comment
