studio41 0 Posted February 15, 2008 This is a lovely image. Her eyes pull you right in to the photo. Very nice job! Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted March 11, 2008 Meir, For me, B&W rules for portraits & the majority of your offerings here reflect that philosophy. Not sure why that should be so, drama do you think? Or simply fewer distractions? I love the tight crop here & the eyes with the intimate 'locked on camera' gaze and the requisit catchlights which impart life to them. Time permitting I'll be back for some more visual treats. Best, LM. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted May 26, 2008 I like this portrait. It feels genuine and besides the B&W steepness is just spot on for me. Link to comment
myattphotoandfotoart39 1 Posted May 27, 2008 I was growing up in the 40s. Technicolor was introduced on 1952. Movies thereafter were not the same for me. "The Manchurian Candidate" was released in 1962. It was done in Black and White. Yes it is "Drama" but why, I cannot say...........Juha, John and John, thanks Link to comment
