White House Close-up in Sepia, Washington, DC

Still digging through my old DC photos from November '06. I got some long lens closeups a bit after sunrise. They say that they're not allowing the use of tripods in DC ... but I haven't heard of any actual fines being handed out. Yet, I am still a bit reluctant to walk around with tripod in hand. Anyway - this was taken with a long lens and without a tripod.

I thought it would be a good shot to convert to B&W, and then I wanted to add a touch of sepia for an older, more timeless look. What are your thoughts?
