What a nice scene.. Its always fascinating to see how people all over the world keep up there traditions, and yes J.C it is our 'duty' as photographers to make a photo statement about things like this.

Photo quality..:

JC If it was a photo with a neutral black background I would have rated this 7-7.

Now.. for the Lady on left and that yellow oval something on her back I have to go down to 6-6 ! In other words.. she should not be there in the picture.. it is distracting! Still this photo is absolute strong .. maybe you have more of them?
