olafdevries 0 Posted January 28, 2008 Shooting a fairy-tale, I at least should have climbed on his knees. So this was the brutal reality. Already to many images do show to nicely isolated subjects. Often fast boring by the lack of touches of real life. We are getting manipulated and even sharp.. isn't the way out of it. :) Before, I did try every crop. Nice, movie-like yes, however unreal and losing dept! I would betray myself and the viewer by posting that! Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted January 30, 2008 Is this an 'as seen in camera' image or did you crop it any at all before posting? A very interesting subject. Link to comment
olafdevries 0 Posted January 30, 2008 His hand could "fit" next to the top of that frame, three fingers at the bottom. Reasons: I absolutely needed that AF-focus-point on his chest. Next at the top a disturbing leg-part and dirty labels below, starting with a red line. And especially that red line was to much. Haha.. that stone on the left was lucky..! :) Link to comment
beng 0 Posted March 8, 2008 Not just lucky shot, at the right time at the right place, but very good eyes and captured very well. Link to comment
