She's fine, it's what you did to her skin that's a problem.

Very nice portrait.

I think it is probably good in full size but the grain trick becomes quite evident in this size. Still, I am convinced that this is the trick they do the Maybelline commercials because the skin pattern is always far too perfect and seems to have no direction in those. Light is excellent here. Conclusively, a good portrait which will age exceptionally well even with and due the trickery. It really represents her beauty in an ageless way.
