aepelbacher 0 Posted January 24, 2008 Do the pole and wires bother you? They do me, as does the guard rail. But I loved the wideness of this shot. It was a lovely little park looking up at the bridge. aepelbacher 0 Posted January 24, 2008 By the way - here's the historic marker near the bridge.... Link to comment
joanbn 0 Posted January 24, 2008 Pretty scene. Makes me homesick for the green grass and trees. ;-)Hard to eliminate all the wires and poles. It would be nice without the pole and wires but not that distracting. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted January 26, 2008 Lou Ann, it is a nice sight, I like the red /orange among all the greens. The ellectric lines are hard to get rid of, and they are facts of life....I remember traveling in New England with my cousin in the autumn, and feeling sorry that so many of them impaired the beauty of landscapes. Landrum Kelly 65 Posted January 27, 2008 This a very appealing scene, and it reminds me of summer--always a welcome sight and thought in late January, with all of February still ahead of us. --Lannie Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted January 27, 2008 Lannie, why am I not surprised ... now that I think about it, this would definitely be your kind of image! If you're ever up north, you should make it a point to look for covered bridges in hidden away parts of Pennsylvania. Link to comment
kim_tural 0 Posted January 27, 2008 Wires, wires everywhere. I have cloned out my fair share of wires, believe me! In this case after "seeing past" the pole and wires I enjoyed this nice little scene of the 2 benches by the tree and the splash of red from the bridge. It's a nicely balanced composition. Too bad about the wires :-) Link to comment
