Distort plate on the foreground dhould be your subject... but it is distorted and blurry! so then what's your subject? Okay, the composition idea is not original, but it could work: focus the plate + enough DOF to include a fat guy eating in the background... it could be nice, can you re-shoot this?

Unfortnately, I would have to say that the out of focus foreground is very dsiturbing in this photo. I like the clash and variety of colours, but sadly I feel that since the foreground is the predominant image here, it being outside of the depth of field is detracting from the image.
