jkilgo 0 Posted January 28, 2008 Nice sunset...the wideframe cropping really enhances this image. I love the way the clouds direct my eye to the setting sun...nice job! Link to comment
lonebearimages 0 Posted January 28, 2008 Yeah, I agree with Cynthia. This is sweet, Amigo! Terrific sky and colors; and I love that you've still got some detail in the foreground. the 30-second exposure has the clouds looking like they're just tearing overhead. Keep burning the Oly up, Tim; this is good stuff! Cheers! Chris P.S. Tim, I meant to tell you; I have the 14-54mm lens now, and I simply cannot believe the difference in the quality of the glass from the 14-45mm kit lens. You should consider getting this lens; it really is a dandy! C Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted February 5, 2008 Fantastic... love the action in the clouds and the crisp trees! Good shot. Mike Link to comment
timzeipekis 5 Posted February 9, 2008 Thanks so much for stopping by, there was a lot more foreground in this shot, couldn't get it the way I wanted so I cropped it out for now, but I'll work with it some more and hopefully get a good result. Thanks! Chris-I'll look into that, am considering going even wider though 7-14mm would be sweet, but the 11-22mm is closer to the realm of possibility...........maybe sell one of my kidneys...hmmmmmmm.
