Beautiful reflection, the really cool thing is that the eyes of the bird and the fleshy area around its beak actually match the colors being reflected off the water. Whether it was planned or even could be planned I don't know. All I know is that it's beautiful, nice work.

I like the seafoam green reflections in the water, it reminds me of the color of a Ford T-Bird. Nice isolation of the bird also.

Fabulous when viewed large. The abstract water really provides a most interesting & lovely bg for the bird. The beak of the bird is also beautiful with the detailed colours. Such fine work, Richard.

Richard, this would be just as good without the cormorant. The water pattern is quite lovely. A relaxing pleasure to look at.

Hi Richard - very unusual and eyecatching colours and ripples on the water - almost like a painting. I would have preferred if your comorant's head was tilted slightly more toward the camera.
