andrewcampbell 1 Posted January 30, 2008 Beautiful shot. (I'm from London Ontario, and this image makes me a little homesick.) I would crop it a little on the left and along the bottom. Bit grainy, probably due to a high ISO setting, but that may have been the effect you were after. Cheers! Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted January 30, 2008 Hey Ross... A beautiful winter scene. Looks like the cows were happy for dinner time :-) Link to comment
ryourth 0 Posted January 31, 2008 Andrew, I would say your attachment is a little more than a small crop but definitely a major improvement,a viewer would feel more involved & can take in the major elements with hardly moving the eyes. I find in my rendition the white roof on the barn continually draws the eye instead of staying on the main elements.Another lesson learned, use framing angles before deciding an image is the best it can be.Thanks for your interest-Regards-Ross Link to comment

bertr 0 Posted March 16, 2008 Your entire "farm scape" series is most beautiful. Their pastell colouration gives those images a gentleness.....Bert Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted April 1, 2008 A truly beautiful image - almost painterly! The color of the cows and the building is the spice for this image and the snow is the icing on the cake - strike that part about the snow (*_*. ) 6/6 Link to comment
judyroush 0 Posted July 17, 2008 Love this composition with that tidy house in the background and the grateful cows in the foreground. so nice. Such a rich history is apparent in this shot. Link to comment
aramat57 3 Posted November 20, 2008 Lovely composition and color. I like it better un-cropped. This reminds me of a Currier & Ives print. Just beautiful. Best regards, Tammy Link to comment
